FIELD: railways.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automated interactive training systems, namely to software and hardware training complexes that allow simulating the operation of the hump yard of a railway station, electrical centralization devices and the movement of mobile units. The interactive automated training system for the professions of hump yard operators consists of the teacher’s and students’ workplaces and a visualization subsystem. Students’ workplaces can be represented by one of the workplaces of the hump yard attendant, the operators of the 2nd brake position and the reserve control post, which allow simulating the real actions of the hump yard worker. The visualization subsystem is an interactive panel that is a control body, which simulates panels of workplaces of the hump yard attendant, the operators of the 2nd brake position and the reserve control post, which are a copy of the real panels located at the sorting station’s hump post, as well as the external power supply system and the structured cabling system.
EFFECT: increased level of training of trainees.
