FIELD: package and storage.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to liquid dispenser (1), in particular, but not exclusively, the present invention relates to a dispenser for releasing a hazardous liquid, such as a toxic or toxic liquid. Dispenser (1) comprises outlet means (5) for dispensing liquid, reservoir (2) for liquid and cover (3), made for connection with dispenser (1) with possibility of its movement between closed position, in which outlet device (5) is closed, and open position, in which outlet device (5) is not closed. Dispenser (1) also comprises device (4) for controlling communication between reservoir (2) and outlet means (5) for passage of fluid therebetween, wherein device (4) and reservoir (2) are movable relative to each other between a first position in which reservoir (2) is not in communication with outlet (5) and a second position, in which reservoir (2) communicates with outlet means (5) for passage of liquid between them.

EFFECT: necessity of the second movement after removing the cover reduces the probability of accidental access to contents of the tank or its outlet.
