FIELD: pharmaceutical industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions can be used for sterilization by electron beam irradiation of flexible packages, in particular, flexible packages containing solutions of human plasma proteins. Device for sterilization of flexible packages comprises a sterilization zone formed by at least two electron accelerators, which emit electron beams with different energies, wherein at least one accelerator emits an electron beam with energy of 450–500 keV, and at least another accelerator emits an electron beam with energy of 700–750 keV. Group of inventions also relates to a method for sterilization by irradiation with an electron beam of said flexible packs and to a flow method of filling flexible packs, in which said device is used.
EFFECT: group of inventions enables to sterilize flexible packs without the need for high energy applications, since energy required for sterilization will be applied to each part in accordance with characteristics of said part, in particular its thickness.
