FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: device for running and cementing a liner with rotation contains a coupling with a groove in its upper part, an expanding cone, a liner, and a shoe with a valve assembly. The body is made in the form of an expandable pipe, equipped with a narrowing in the upper part and a sealing element outside the narrowing of the expandable pipe. When the pressure rises above the “stop” pressure, the coupling is pushed out of the expandable pipe and simultaneously expands with a cone. The coupling from below in the central channel is equipped with a groove with a suspended cementing plug installed in it on shear elements with a central passage channel, a landing seat for the plug being dropped from the wellhead, and a landing cone made at the lower end for landing in the stop ring seat. There are grooves at the upper end of the expandable pipe. A cavity is formed between the coupling and the expandable pipe with the sealing element. An expanding cone with a central hole is placed in the cavity with the ability to move along the coupling groove with simultaneous expansion of the nozzle with a sealing element under a pressure difference acting on the expanding cone through a radial hole in the coupling groove. The lower part of the coupling is connected to the upper part by threads at the point where they rest in the sub connecting the expandable pipe and the shank, and is equipped with protrusions for the grooves of the sub, ensuring its synchronous rotation with the shank. The suspended cement plug covers the radial holes connecting the central channel of the coupling with a cylindrical recess made inside the sub. At the bottom of the coupling there is a seat for the ejected ball. The protrusions of the sleeve are inserted into the grooves at the upper end of the expandable pipe, which is removably attached to the upper part of the coupling.

EFFECT: improved reliability and possibility of emergency operation of the device in absence of stop pressure.
