FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of making a device for lifting, supporting, moving or pushing loads. Method consists in that an inner power jacket of 3–8 plies of rubber-coated high-strength fabric is wound on a rotating cylindrical mandrel on a rubber chamber pre-wound from several layers of the rubber band. Billet of the required length is cut from the formed sleeve; the billet is removed from the mandrel, and before winding of the external power jacket of 3–8 layers of the rubberized high-strength fabric the hole is made for the union, the union is installed, and the billet is flattened, placing the union from the side. Further, the flattened workpiece is placed on the mandrel so that the direction of the rubber chamber and the inner power jacket winding is parallel to the mandrel axis, and over the external power jacket wound perpendicular to the direction of winding of the inner power jacket, the protective cover is wound from several layers of the rubber band. It is removed from the mandrel and the workpiece is repeatedly flattened.
EFFECT: technical result is increased efficiency and reduced labour intensity of cushion manufacturing process, increased reliability of cushion operation.
