SUBSTANCE: present document describes pharmaceutical compositions for oral administration of nicotinamide or a combination of nicotinamide and mesalazine, as well as methods for preparing such pharmaceutical compositions and therapeutic methods using them. Compositions include a nicotinamide formulation or a combination of nicotinamide and mesalazine with delayed immediate release and delayed prolonged release.
EFFECT: there are presented oral pharmaceutical compositions of nicotinamide.
