SUBSTANCE: invention relates to solid pharmaceutical preparative sustained-release formulations based on cyclodextrin-base sulfoalkyl esters (SAE-CD). Pharmaceutical preparative formulations consist of a core comprising a physical mixture of one or some SAE-CD, optional agent for modifying the release rate wherein its most part doesn't form complex with SAE-CD and optionally change the release rate of a cover around a core. Also, invention describes multiplayer solid pharmaceutical sustained-release formulations and that with combined rapid and sustained releasing, and medicinal formulations by type of osmotic pump and such medicinal formulations as covered tablets and without cover, minitablets, pills, micropills, particles, powders and granules. Invention provides easy preparing the preparative formulations as compared another preparative formulations based on SAE-CD known by prior art, and they provide also the similar or enhanced effectiveness that is to be profit. They possess solubility, dissolving pattern and/or bioavailability approaching to preparations of the corresponding inclusion complex. Derivatives of SAE-CD are used for change of biological availability and/or bioabsorption of curative agents.
