FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: application area of skirt system for arrangement of water heating pipes is construction, in particular area of internal finishing of premises by means of protective devices for heating equipment, namely, for heating systems of buildings and structures with horizontal laying of water pipelines. Invention consists in making bracket-retainer, having cross-section profile complex configuration, repeating configuration of heating element in form of water heating pipes and comprising a stopper for securing the closing plate thereon, provided with ribs with longitudinal slots and a latch, as well as a slot for inserting a stud in it, wherein the slot is provided with teeth and inclined notches directed towards the movement direction of the plinth stud of the plinth when it is attached.
EFFECT: technical result is reliable cover of water heating pipes laid horizontally nearby walls and floor.
