METHOD FOR DEVELOPMENT OF FORMATION WITH BOTTOM WATER Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC E21B43/20 

FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry and can be used to increase hydrocarbon extraction from formation with bottom water when it is displaced by water. Method of formation production with bottom water includes construction of pressure and horizontal production wells, conducting horizontal shafts, first of which is near oil-water contact, and second - in upper part of oil-saturated formation, pumping working agent through injection wells, extraction of formation products through production wells. First horizontal borehole is constructed from a pressure well with perforation for delivery directed downwards, and the second horizontal bore of a production well is equipped with perforated holes directed upward. Volume of product extraction from production wells is maintained at level of 80–90 % of pumping volume in injection wells.

EFFECT: technical result consists in simplification of construction and implementation due to construction of horizontal shafts from different wells, provision of absence of reagent injection for formation of water-insulating screen and reduction of water content of product, constant operation of all horizontal shafts and implementation of waterproofing due to hydrodynamic distribution of flows, resulting in saving material and technical resources.
