FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Telemetric ultrasonic apparatus for diagnosing and treating sensorineural hearing loss comprises an ultrasonic frequency oscillation generator, a band-pass filter, an amplifier with a discretely adjustable amplification factor, power amplifier, current sensor and current-to-voltage converter, switching unit, amplitude current detector and amplitude voltage detector, microprocessor, analogue-to-digital converter, control panel, piezoelectric emitter, a transformer, an electrophoresis electrode, an incremental encoder and a touch-sensitive display, a controlled current source and a polarity switch, an additional current sensor and an additional current-to-voltage converter arranged in the control panel. Piezoelectric emitter is arranged in metal housing. Apparatus also comprises n filters and first and second switches. Input of the first switch is connected to the output of the oscillation generator of ultrasonic frequency, and its n + 1 outputs are connected to the inputs of band-pass filters. Output of the second switch is connected to the input of the amplifier with a discretely controlled amplification factor, and its n + 1 inputs are connected to the outputs of band-pass filters. Apparatus is equipped with a button for selecting an ultrasonic exposure area on the patient's head and a button for detecting an ultrasonic signal perception threshold level on the control panel. Besides, the apparatus comprises a computer connected to a microprocessor and an Internet network, a monitor and a printer connected to a computer. Increase in the diagnostic reliability and clinical effectiveness in the sensorineural hearing loss and reduced levels of parasitic electromagnetic radiation due to efficient filtration of the output signal of the ultrasonic frequency generator with elimination of distortion of the signal supplied to the piezoelectric radiator, and errors in determining the threshold of ultrasound perception.
EFFECT: automated generation of the automatic control protocol and remote control of the apparatus with the possibility of using the apparatus in telemedicine systems.
