FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: ultrasonic device for diagnosing different hearing involvements has ultrasonic frequency oscillator, amplifier with discretely regulated factor of amplification, which amplifier is connected with power amplifier. Output of power amplifier is connected with piezoelectric radiator through current detector. Device also has current-to-voltage converter connected with output of current detector, commutation unit and control board provided with buttons regulating power of radiation, reduction of power of radiation and change in speed of power regulation. Digital segment indicators are also provided. Device additionally has band-pass filter, microprocessor, current amplitude detector, voltage amplitude detector and analog-to-digital converter.

EFFECT: improved reliability of diagnostics.
