FIELD: astronautics; aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aerospace engineering and aircraft engineering, particularly, to pipelines for fuel lines operating at cryogenic temperatures and high working pressures of liquids and gases. In method of pipeline connection from polymer material with metal axisymmetrical tip, part of generatrix of external surface of which has the shape of annular corrugations, including installation of locking element end cylindrical part outside, forming inner surface of which is shaped, mating shape of annular corrugations of metal tip, between end cylindrical part of pipeline and metal tip is thin-walled sealing ring, then fixing element is deformed by action of axisymmetric pulse load, uniformly distributed along entire surface of fixing element. Besides, the profile of annular corrugations can be made in the form of a sinusoid, the value of amplitude of which is 0.05–0.07 of the value of internal radius of the pipeline.
EFFECT: invention provides tightness of connection of metal tip and pipeline shell from polymer composite material.
