FIELD: pipes from composite materials.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the production of curved pipes from composite materials. A method for manufacturing a curved pipe from composite materials, a mandrel for forming the pipe shell, a slipway for implementing the method, and a curved pipe from composite materials are described. The method includes laying a sealing layer on a mandrel consisting of a shaft and external bars located on it. Then, spiral layers of binder-impregnated unidirectional reinforcing material of the pipe's load-bearing shell are wound. The external bars of the mandrel are made removable from the shaft with side surfaces or edges tightly adjacent to each other to form an outer surface for winding. After winding the power shell, the external bars, all together as a single whole, with the shell located on them, are removed from the mandrel shaft, the bars are removed from the shell one by one, the ends of the shell are plugged, excess internal pressure is created in it, the ends of the shell are forced into the attachment points of the slipway, the shell is fixed using power rods and/or stops and sent for heat treatment.

EFFECT: increase in the reliability, manufacturability and performance of curved pipes.
