FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aqua-vending devices (water selling machines) intended for operation at negative temperatures of ambient air, and directly relates to dispenser assembly of aqua vending apparatus comprising a filling chamber and pipelines connected to said chamber, specifically, corresponding climate control of dispensing assembly to enable its operation in conditions of negative ambient air temperature. Technical problem consists in necessity to increase energy efficiency of climate control of distributing unit of aqua-vending device (assurance of reliable operability of unit at negative temperatures of ambient air at minimum costs of electric energy for heating). Climate-control of distributing unit represents a system of automatic two-position temperature control of three temperature-critical zones of distributing unit. These zones include chamber 1 bottom 4 and pipelines 6 and 7 together with corresponding branch pipes 3 and 5. Climate control comprises control unit, heating element and temperature sensor. Heating element provides heating of temperature-critical zones of distributing unit and functionally is made in the form of three sections 8, 9, 10 of heating cable electrically connected to control unit. Section 8 is intended for heating of bottom 4 of filling chamber 1. Section 9 is intended for heating of inlet pipeline 6. Section 10 is intended for heating of outlet pipeline 7. Bottom 4 and section 8 are placed in heat-insulating trough-shaped cover 12. Pipeline 6 with section 9 is placed in heat-insulating hose 13. Pipeline 7 with section 10 is placed in heat-insulating hose 14. Temperature sensor is installed on branch pipe 3 above cover 2 of chamber 1.
EFFECT: technical result consists in allocation in dispensing assembly of temperature-critical zones (bottom of filling chamber and connected to it inlet and outlet pipelines), in thermal insulation of said zones from ambient air and providing relatively uniform and automatically controlled heating of these zones during operation of dispensing assembly in conditions of negative ambient air temperature.
