FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a unit for performing a start-up test of a fluid medium regulator. Unit comprises a thrust shell configured to be located in the fluid medium flow regulator valve body, and a sealing assembly connected to the thrust cartridge part and configured to abut on the fluid medium flow regulator valve seat. Seal assembly comprises one or more sealing elements, made with possibility of sealing during start-up test at all values of operating temperature in range from about −325 °F to 1250 °F.
EFFECT: disclosed is unit for start-up test of fluid flow regulators at different pressure and temperature values.
