FIELD: military equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of military equipment and concerns a method for increasing the noise immunity of guided munitions with a laser guidance system. The method includes the use of spatially spaced laser target designator-rangefinder and homing munition, illumination by laser radiation, determination of target coordinates by the laser target designator-rangefinder and guidance of the homing munition by the laser radiation of the laser target designator-rangefinder reflected from the target. At the same time, target coordinates are transmitted by forming an information code in the laser radiation of the laser target designator-rangefinder. The information code is decoded on the homing munition, a guidance mode of the homing munition is disabled from the target by the reflected laser radiation of the laser target designator-rangefinder, when it is not received, and the homing munition is switched to the guidance mode by signals of a satellite navigation system.
EFFECT: technical result is ensuring the possibility of preserving the process of controlled flight of guided munitions to the target with the loss of the illumination signal and increasing the efficiency of using guided munitions with the laser guidance system.
