Abstract RU 2738377 C2

FIELD: pulp industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an aqueous binder composition and a wood-based material which can be produced using an aqueous binder composition. Aqueous binder composition containing (A) saccharide; (B) a water-soluble synthetic resin; and (C) an inorganic acid ammonium salt, wherein the inorganic acid (C) ammonium salt contains at least one member selected from ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and ammonium chloride, where water-soluble synthetic resin (B) contains a polyvinyl alcohol-based compound.

EFFECT: invention improves operational characteristics of wood-based material, such as bending strength, bending strength in humid conditions, coefficient of thickness expansion at water absorption and strength at peeling.
