FIELD: insulating materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a set of substances comprising an insulating product containing a bundled set of fiber materials, containing mineral fibers, synthetic fibers or natural fibers, or composite wood boards containing cellulose particles or cellulose sheet material, bound together by a curable binding composition containing a monosaccharide and/or polysaccharide and azetidinium-based cross-linking agent and optionally a reaction product, obtained as a result of cross-linking between polysaccharide and azetidine-based cross-linking agent, or binder obtained by exposing curing conditions to a water curable binder composition, containing a monosaccharide and/or polysaccharide and an azetidinium-based cross-linking agent and optionally a reaction product obtained by cross-linking between the polysaccharide and the azetidinium derivative based cross-linking agent, where the weight ratio based on the dry weight of the monosaccharide and/or polysaccharide and the azetidinium-based crosslinking agent ranges from 99/1 to 60/40. Binding composition can additionally contain a cross-linking agent capable of undergoing radical polymerisation. Binding compositions and method of producing said set of substances are also disclosed.
EFFECT: invention provides high adhesion strength.
