SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to cardiovascular surgery. After the retroperitoneal access is performed, a lower hollow vein above the bifurcation of the iliac vein is mobilized. Access to a femoral artery is performed, general, superficial and deep femoral arteries are mobilized. Venous anastomosis is applied between an inferior vena cava with a vascular prosthesis. Second end of the prosthesis is brought into the femoral approach by placing the prosthesis in parallel to the iliac vessels. Further, a subcutaneous fat is formed in the subcutaneous fat along the anterior surface of the femur from the prosthesis and brought into a lower angle of femoral approach, followed by arterial anastomosis with femoral artery bifurcation.

EFFECT: method enables creating constant vascular access for hemodialysis in ileofemoral phlebothrombosis on the right, improving operation safety and preventing intraoperative and postoperative complications.
