FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to cardiovascular surgery. Anastomoses of infected aorto-bifemoral bypass are exposed. Bifurcation of aorta and initial parts of common iliac arteries are exposed. After systemic heparinisation and clamping arterial vessels, located in zone of surgery, anastomoses of infected prosthesis and surrounding tissues are excised. After that anastomoses of homograft with aorta and common iliac arteries are formed in orthotopic position, recanalisation with stenting of patient's iliac arteries is performed through arteriotomic openings in femoral arteries. After control angiography defects in femoral arteries are replaced with inserts from homograft.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to perform adequate reconstruction of aorto-femoral bed in orthotopic position with application of resistant to re-infection tissues, and realise combination of recanalisation with stenting.
