FIELD: test.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to test equipment, namely to methods of diagnostics of friction assemblies, and can be used, in particular, in repair production, as well as in designing and manufacturing friction bearings of modified wood or wood-metal composite materials. During the method implementation, the specified number of impacts with energy and collision frequency is performed, which correspond to the resonance achievement in the shaft-bushing-bearing housing system. Then rotation is stopped and single impact action is performed, at which relative damping capacity of material of bearing bushing is evaluated based on analysis of decrement of damping of oscillations. Maximum amplitude of oscillations is recorded and correlated with tolerance value.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of reliability of bearings wear prediction, optimization of structure and properties of bushing material.
