SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medicine and chemical-pharmaceutical industry and can be used for production of dosage forms 3,3'-diindolylmethane and use thereof for treating and preventing diseases of the female reproductive system. Drug contains 3,3'-diindolylmethane and β-cyclodextrin in following ratio of components, wt. %: 3,3'-diindolylmethane 10–20, β-cyclodextrin 80–90. Method for preparing a medicinal agent based on 3,3'-diindolylmethane is dissolving β-cyclodextrin in water to obtain solution concentration of 10–25 % in terms of dry β-cyclodextrin, added to obtained solution 3,3'-diindolylmethane, solution is mixed, obtained suspension is subjected to spray drying at gas temperature 160–185 °C, produced dry product is sieved to produce a drug in powder form. Method of treating cervical neoplasia associated with human papilloma virus involves administering a single human papillomavirus vaccine once, followed by a local therapy of the patient using a medicinal agent containing 3,3'-diindolylmethane and β-cyclodextrin in form of vaginal tablet.
EFFECT: invention increases water solubility and bioavailability of 3,3'-diindolylmethane, increases stability of the chemical composition of the drug, as well as provides elimination of HPV and eliminates burning and discomfort in local treatment with vaginal pills.
