SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutics, namely to dosage form 3,3'-diindolylmethane, and more specifically to chewing marmalade. Dosage form contains the components in the following ratio, wt.%: complex of 3,3-diindolylmethane and β-cyclodextrin 10-15, molasses 30-40, gelling agent 3-17, citric acid 1.2-1.5, Lemon flavouring agent 0.05-0.08, sugar – the rest.
EFFECT: increased concentration of 3,3'-diindolylmethane in the blood with sublingual or buccal administration due to prolonged absorption and more gradual dissolution of the active substance while maintaining the consistency of the dosage form in the form of a chewable product.
