FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to orthopedic dentistry, and can be used in restoration of ceramic coating at cleaved metal-ceramic crown in bridges. Material identical in color with a recoverable crown coating is pre-selected. Method includes preparation (cleaning) of metal-ceramic crown by removal of remains of previous ceramics to metal. Method includes forming a metal telescopic cap of a crown in the form of a cylindrical tooth stump to a level of gums, forming a circular ledge at the level of the gum. Vertical boundary is separated between part of ceramics of artificial tooth and metal cap of crown on interdental space and preparation of metal crown cap is made on contact side to distance 1.0-1.5 mm of antagonizing tooth. Impressions of dentures are recorded. Working and auxiliary models of jaws are prepared from gypsum, central ratio of jaws is determined with comparison of models of jaws in occludator in position of central occlusion. Simulating the wax structure of the telescoping cap, casting the cap from metal with subsequent fitting of the cast cap on the gypsum model in the occludator with checking clearance of 1.0-1.5 mm between the cap and the antagonizing tooth, fitting the cap in the oral cavity. Primary and dental layers of ceramics are applied on metal cap from lingual or palatal surface of cap only on lower third of surface with complete coating of approximal and vestibular surfaces. Performing an oral cavity fit in accordance with the ceramic edges of the telescopic cap accurate fitting to the ceramic of the adjacent artificial tooth and to the tooth neck in the position of the central occlusion of the jaws. Absence of bite overestimation on cap ceramics is checked. Glazed layer is applied on the cap ceramics, the cap is finally put in the oral cavity and fixed on the cement. Complete replacement of the ceramic layer is ensured by fabrication of a telescopic metal-ceramic structure, which completely replaces the volume of the removed ceramic coating and the ground layer of the metal cap, according to all process rules outside the oral cavity.

EFFECT: method provides effective restoration of a chipped part of a ceramic coating of a damaged metal-ceramic crown of bridge prostheses.
