FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to orthopaedic dentistry and orthodontics, and is intended for use in simultaneous stabilization of the position of teeth and replacement of a single defect in the anterior dentition in the retention period of orthodontic treatment. Cast adhesive prosthetic splint comprising an intermediate and a support-splinting part is used. Intermediate part is made in the form of a cast tooth frame lined with a ceramic coating corresponding to the colour of the missing tooth, and the support part is in the form of a cast perforated splint. To make a cast adhesive prosthesis splint, before removing the bracket system, silicone impressions are taken from the dental arches, central occlusion is determined, jaw models are cast from die stone and cast into an articulator. Then, from the wax, taking into account the features of the functional occlusion, the framework of the structure is modelled so that the edges of the support-splinting part do not reach 1 mm to the gingival edge. Then, by means of casting, wax reproduction is transferred into solid-cast metal frame. Further, the cast retainer splint frame is fitted on the die stone model, fitted in the oral cavity, the bracket system is removed, and a silicone impression is obtained using the dental silicone impression material and a new die stone model. Colour of each tooth included in the structure is determined; after placing the working model in the articulator, a ceramic coating is applied on the cast frame of the missing tooth in accordance with its anatomical shape and colour. Structure is fitted in the oral cavity and glazed. Adhesive surface of the support-splinting elements is sandblasted to improve their fixation to the tooth enamel. Cast adhesive prosthesis splint is fixed on the light-cured composite material after the abutment teeth enamel are cleaned and etched.

EFFECT: by making and using the cast adhesive prosthesis splint, the method provides reliable splinting of the dental arch segment, which requires stabilization in the retention period of orthodontic treatment, as well as aesthetic replacement of the existing denture defect for a long period of time.
