SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of operating an intelligent mattress system for preventing snoring of a user. Smart mattress system for preventing snoring comprises an air mattress configured to automatically adjust pressure in the mattress and measure pressure in real time, a user terminal for receiving from a user specified parameters or information about a user and for transmitting preset parameters or user information to an inflatable mattress, a server for obtaining measurement results from an inflatable mattress for analyzing sleep mode and quality of a user's sleep and for transmitting sleep analysis results and sleep quality to a user terminal and an inflatable pad connected to the inflatable mattress, user terminal and server. Inflatable cushion is configured to automatically adjust pressure in cushion. Inflatable mattress comprises a microphone for measuring noise around the inflatable mattress and a unit for determining snoring to determine if the user is snoring.

EFFECT: ensuring pressure adjustment in the mattress to prevent snoring of the user.
