FIELD: controlling device.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of operating an intelligent system of a mattress comprised of: an air mattress with a microphone and a snoring detection unit, a user terminal, a server and an inflatable cushion. The described method is comprised of: the stage of obtaining information on the defined parameters and the user; the stage of initial pressure adjustment for separate pressure adjustment in the air pocket of the air mattress and in the air element of the inflatable cushion; the stage of pressure measurement; the stage of pressure change rate calculation for determining the pressure change rate in the air pockets by means of a pressure change rate calculating unit based on the pressure value measured in real time; the stage of determining the sleeping position based on the pressure change rate; the stage of determining a state of deep or light sleep; the stage of calculating the pressure adjustment value; the stage of pressure adjustment for separate pressure adjustment in the air pocket and in the air element; and the alarm stage for waking the user from sleep. The described alarm stage comprises: the stage of checking the alarm clock settings; the stage of checking the state of deep or light sleep; the step of changing the sleep state, wherein, if it is found at the stage of checking the sleep state that the sleep state of the user corresponds with the state of deep sleep, the pressure in the air pockets or in the air element is adjusted so that the user transitions from the state of deep sleep to the state of light sleep before the predetermined alarm activation time; and the stage of signal generation wherein a signal set at the step of obtaining information on the defined parameters is generated at the alarm activation time after the user enters the state of light sleep. The stage of changing the sleep state additionally includes: the stage of generating vibrations wherein supply and discharge of air from the air pockets or the air element is repeated multiple times to transmit the vibrations to the user so that the user transitions from the state of deep sleep to the state of light sleep; the stage of generating outstretching of the body of the user. The user is able to transition from the state of deep sleep to the state of light sleep before the defined alarm time.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of the method of operation of an intelligent alarm clock controlling system of a mattress.
