FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: butt of firearms contains body, coupling. In the body the insert is pressed, inside the rod there is a hole, in which there is additionally installed a spring, one end of which rests against the wall of the rod, and the other one is pressed with a cup. A metal cable passes from the cup inside the rod to the coupling, the ends of which are fixed with the help of bushings with a cotter pin. Hinged assembly is formed by two steel plates installed on opposite sides of coupling and fixed by screws screwed into pressed and a steel ring of the same outer diameter as the external diameter of the coupling, which is set on the rod. Steel plates are made with longitudinal slots, which provide the possibility of translational movement of the firearms butt about the longitudinal axis in both sides.
EFFECT: broader functional capabilities of small arms and ease of use.
