FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical equipment, in particular to the input-recording and distribution devices. Technical result is achieved by the fact that the device comprises switching devices, a power meter, a controller, a modem, voltage and current sensors, an uninterruptible power supply unit, a device for collecting, receiving and transmitting data, a liquid crystal display, a display unit, four "Start" buttons, four "Stop".
EFFECT: technical result is providing switching, protection of electric network of consumer, metering of electric energy, partial and complete consumption limitation at excess of consumed power, control of number and duration of breaks in electric power supply of consumer, controlling the number and duration of deviations of power quality parameters at the input of the consumer, detecting causes of switching devices disconnections installed in the input-recording and distribution device, automatic restoration of consumer power supply after disconnections, prevention of unauthorized supply of voltage from consumer network to common network in required cases, enabling connection of a generator located on the consumer's balance to a common network, or only for supplying loads to a consumer.
