SUBSTANCE: input-recording and distribution device comprises an input switching device, an electric meter, first switching device with possibility of remote control, installed in first power network between electric meter and first differential switching device, second switching device with the possibility of remote control, installed in the second power network between the electric meter and the second differential switching device, first differential switching device installed in power circuit between first switching device with possibility of remote control and load connected to first power network, a second differential switching device installed in the second power network between the second switching device with the possibility of remote control and load connected to the second power network, voltage sensors for voltage monitoring in the input power network, the first power network, the second power network, position sensors of each switching device installed in the device, a controller, an uninterruptible power supply unit, a device for collecting, receiving and transmitting data, a liquid crystal screen, an indication unit, "Start" and "Stop" buttons.

EFFECT: providing switching, protection of electric network of consumer, metering of electric energy, partial and complete limitation of consumption at excess of contracted consumed power, monitoring of number and duration of breaks in electric power supply of consumer, monitoring the number and duration of voltage deviations at the input of the consumer, identifying causes of switching devices disconnections installed in the input-recording and distribution device, automatic restoration of consumer power supply after disconnections, prevention of unauthorized supply of voltage from consumer network to common network.
