Proposed device makes it possible to carry out manual and remote switching of consumer network, protection of consumer electric network, electric power metering, partial and complete limitation of consumption when contractual power consumption is exceeded, control of the number and duration of power supply interruptions to the consumer, control of the number and duration of deviations of power quality indicators at the input of the consumer, detection of reasons for disconnection of switching devices installed in the input-metering-distributing device, automatic restoration of power supply to the consumer after disconnections, prevention of unauthorized supply of voltage from the consumer network to the common network, performs functions of automatic frequency unloading, protection against sparking, allows to divide loads into two and more groups.

EFFECT: broader functional capabilities owing to automatic frequency unloading.
