FIELD: heating equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to large-size locally mounted industrial air condensers of steam type. Condenser comprises a plurality of pairs of tube bundles of heat exchangers, wherein each pair of heat exchanger tube bundles forms a V-shaped configuration with a longitudinal axis and a transverse axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. Each tube bundle of heat exchangers comprises a plurality of inlet steam collectors, a plurality of sections of the primary capacitor, a plurality of outlet condensate headers and at least one section of the secondary condenser. Each primary capacitor comprises multiple finned tubes, each of which is characterized by a longitudinal axis parallel to the longitudinal axis of the tube bundle of the corresponding heat exchanger. Each secondary condenser contains multiple finned tubes, each of which is characterized by a longitudinal axis parallel to the transverse axis of the corresponding heat exchanger. Each of the inlet steam collectors is characterized by a longitudinal axis parallel to the transverse axis of the corresponding heat exchanger, wherein each inlet steam manifold is configured to receive steam from the steam distribution manifold located under said heat exchanger tube bundles, and the steam direction to the first end of said plurality of finned tubes in the corresponding primary capacitor. Each of the outlet condensate headers is characterized by a longitudinal axis parallel to the transverse axis of the corresponding heat exchanger, and is connected on first side with second end of plurality of finned tubes in appropriate primary condenser to collect incoming condensate, non-condensed steam and non-condensing gases. Each of outlet condensate headers is connected at its lower end with lower end of at least one section of secondary condenser, and with condensate collecting tube. Each section of the secondary condenser is connected at its upper end with a collector tube for non-condensing gases.
EFFECT: increased heat capacity of steam air condenser.
