FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and can be used in large-size air condensers. Present invention discloses a large-size industrial-type air condenser mounted in place, comprising ten tube bundles of heat exchangers per section, combined in five pairs, which are arranged in a V-shaped pattern; wherein each tube bundle of heat exchangers comprises four primary heat exchangers and four secondary heat exchangers; wherein every secondary heat exchanger is coupled with one primary heat exchanger. Four primary condensers are arranged so that their tubes pass horizontally, while inlet steam headers at one end of tubes are located perpendicular to tubes of primary condensers, that is parallel to the transverse axis of the tube bundle. Steam enters small-sized steam inlet headers from below. Tubes are characterized by a cross-section width of 200 mm and a cross-section height of less than 10 mm; at that, they are equipped with ribs with height of 10 mm, which are located so that 9–12 ribs fall on each inch.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of the capacitor, simplified installation.
