FIELD: defectoscopy.

SUBSTANCE: use for control of technical condition of sleeves surface. Essence of the invention lies in the fact that universal flaw detection device for monitoring the technical condition of the surface of the sleeves consists of arranged in the housing, interconnected by sealed cables and equipped with limiting cuffs and carriages of magnetic, ultrasound sections, with output for connection of industrial network or power unit with generator plant. It includes connected structure with magnetic and ultrasonic sections with connection to navigation and altitude-planned unit, which is element in flaw detector housing, inside which there is a navigation module, comprising a command device with a three-axis gyrostabilizer, with output to the digital computer system, and a recording equipment unit, and power unit is additionally equipped with buffer rechargeable storage battery, designed for uninterrupted monitoring, and automation unit, including relay groups, logic and protective devices, providing power supply to all components of flaw detector device for operation in normal mode.

EFFECT: high information value, reliability of detected defects and accuracy of determining their location.
