FIELD: diagnostic equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to diagnostic equipment, in particular to robotic devices for monitoring electrical heating systems used for transport pipelines in oil and gas industry. Device consists of separate cylindrical housings connected to each other by means of a hinge and a sealed cable. In the lower part of the housings there are rigidly fixed supports, on which movable fasteners for support wheels are installed, the supports are turned through 120° relative to each other. Shock absorbers are rigidly fixed on the housing and connected through a movable platform with the possibility of moving up and down with a movable attachment. Drive is installed inside the housing and connected through supply cables with attachment to the monorail. Inside the movable attachment there is a toothed belt transmission, the small pulley of which is connected to the support wheel. In the upper part of the housings there are fastenings to the monorail, in the upper part of which a current collector is fixed. In the cover of the front part of the housing of the information collection module there are holes in the center for installation of a front video camera, and below there are holes of a smaller diameter for installation of a temperature sensor and semiconductor diodes.

EFFECT: this robotic device makes it possible to monitor electric heating systems even in curved sections of pipelines; front camera enables to monitor a large area, since it is located in the front part of the devices, and its viewing angle is not limited by any means; robot has no restrictions on time of use, since it is powered directly and does not depend on accumulators; besides, it has high speed of pipe passage due to rigid attachments to monorail and support wheels with reliable stops to inner walls of pipeline.
