METHOD FOR REPLACING THE STENOTIC VALVE OF THE PULMONARY ARTERY WITH A RIGHT ATRIUM EYE IN TRANSANNULAR PLASTY OF THE RIGHT VENTRICULAR OUTLET SECTION Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC A61B17/00 

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to cardiovascular surgery. Stenotic valve of the pulmonary artery is replaced with a right atrium eye in transannular plasty of the outlet section of the right ventricle. That is ensured by taking right atrium eye. Right atrium is closed with an encircling stitch with suture prolene 6/0. Right ventricular outlet section, fibrous valve ring and pulmonary artery trunk are excised. Apical portion of the right atrial appendix is dissected. Then the posterior end of the dissected eye of the right atrium is fixed to the fibrous ring of the pulmonary artery valve, on each side the eye of the right auricle is fixed to the edges of the dissected trunk of the pulmonary artery by encircling stitch with suture prolene 6/0-7/0. Autopericardium patch is followed by a transannular plasty of the outlet ventricle of the right ventricle with transition to the pulmonary artery trunk. Anterior end of the right atrial abdomen is fixed to the patch made of autopericardium with encircling stitch with suture prolene 6/0-7/0.

EFFECT: method enables preventing intra- and postoperative complications: avoiding early postoperative hemorrhage, reducing a risk of long-term stenosis and/or obstruction formation in the right ventricular outlet, valve and main pulmonary artery.
