FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of technological maintenance of drum mills in mining and other similar industries and can be used for transportation of armour-lining plates into mill drum, having loading and unloading bushing from opposite sides of drum, and from it when replacing plates. Device comprises a conveying mechanism and a rail track arranged inside the mill drum, the transporting mechanism being in the form of a bogie capable of moving along the track, to the front and rear end of which cables are attached, the second ends of which are attached to the corresponding auto-fastening mechanisms installed on the opposite ends of the rail track. Rail track is made of two parts, one of which is located in mill drum and is installed on hingedly fixed support, and the second one is located outside the drum.
EFFECT: use of the invention enables to reduce the time of plate replacement and to reduce labor intensity of the replacement process.
