FIELD: disintegrators and crushing devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the replacement of lining in drum mills and can be used in mining, construction, metallurgical and other industries. Installation of the device for relining in the pivot of the mill is carried out. Device is mobile module (1) and is centered inside the pivot sleeve (10, 11) on outriggers (4) with hydraulic drive. Inside the frame of the module, case (2) with extending boom (3) with blocking cargo system (8) or with a hydraulic gripper is movably attached to move and deliver the liner to the replacement site while the mill is rotating. Carry out self-alignment of the case with a cargo hook down.
EFFECT: maximum reduction in the downtime of the mill in repair is accomplished when performing work to replace the mill lining.
