FIELD: data processing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to data encoding and decoding techniques. Disclosed is an effectively decoded quasi-cyclic code with low density of parity checks (QC-LDPC), which is based on a base matrix of the irregular QC-LDPC matrix, wherein base matrix is formed by columns and rows, wherein columns are divided into one or more columns corresponding to punctured nodes of variable (i.e. variable nodes corresponding to information bits used by the encoder but not transmitted or efficiently processed as not received by the decoder), and columns corresponding to non-punctured variable nodes, and strings are divided into rows with high density (i.e. rows having weight that exceeds first weight) and lines with low density (i.e. lines having weight that is less than second weight, in which second weight is equal to or less than first weight), in which a matrix defined by overlapping low-density rows and columns corresponding to non-punctured nodes of a variable is divided into groups of orthogonal rows.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing high throughput capacity with sufficient encoding/decoding resources.
