FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to mobile radio interface technologies and can be used for encoding and decoding binary codes with low density of parity check (LDPC). Method comprises steps of: receiving vector of source word string 1 x K and generating a code word vector 1 x N, wherein G is a generating matrix K x N obtained from the parity check matrix Hl; and H1 is obtained from the base parity check matrix H by applying an optimized lifting matrix to parity check matrix H.

EFFECT: technical result is providing codeword length matching for different encoding speeds.
