SUBSTANCE: apparatus for culturing anaerobic bacteria is disclosed. Device consists of working container, cover with flanges, auxiliary plate with L-shaped ends and T-like screw. Cover comprises nozzles with connected anneal vacuum tube and tube for vacuum evacuation, working vessel comprises union with connected vacuum pump and gas filling equipment. Working capacity has useful volume of not less than 15 dm3, and all structural parts are made from 12X18H10T steel.
EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of growing anaerobes under conditions of deep vacuum or in an airless gas medium of a certain composition using laboratory dishes of large capacity.
