FIELD: microbiology. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to anaerobic cultivation of microorganisms while studying them. Device for autonomous anaerobiosis includes sealed container manufactured in the form of two-chamber vertical cylinder with two branch pipes of different dimensions and sealing cups on them. Lower chamber communicates with clearance between branch pipes and is designed to hold bacteriological material and nutrient medium, upper chamber is 2/3 filled with chemical generator and limiting gaskets from beneath and remaing part of it communicates with clearance of one of branch pipes with the aid of technological window. Device is fabricated from polymer tubular materials stiffly joined in one microstructure providing for autonomy of anaerobiosis. EFFECT: maximal decrease of time of contact of bacteriological material with oxygen of air, simplified methodology of process with high sowing capability of anaerobic microorganisms. 1 dwg
