FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic engineering structures and can be used for construction of sea ice-resistant platforms intended for exploration and production of hydrocarbons on shallow continental shelf and operated in severe winter conditions in the presence of ice fields of different structure and intensity. Novelty of the invention is that the above ice-resistant drilling complex comprises an ice-resistant support base, the housing of which is similar to the housing of the ice-resistant unit-conductor, and two displacement support units, wherein to keep from horizontal displacements of ice-resistant support units under action of ice load of the housing of the conductor unit and the support base are made with recesses, the surfaces of which are commensurable with the surfaces of the support blocks contacting with them.
EFFECT: expansion of operational capabilities of the complex at improvement of reliability and simplification of design by provision of possibility of year-round drilling and use of non-ice-resistant self-lifting floating drilling rig.
