FIELD: hydraulic structures.
SUBSTANCE: claimed group of inventions relates to hydrotechnical structures, and more specifically to structures of ice-resistant drilling complex for development of continental shelf and methods of their formation. Novelty in proposed ice-resistant complex for development of continental shelf is that ice-resistant complex comprises ice-resistant block-conductor, and ice-resistant support base is solid and includes upper part installed on ice-breaker part and intended for support of upper structure, i.e. self-elevating floating drilling rig, wherein the pontoon width of the support base support portion does not exceed the distance between the support towers of the said self-lifting drilling rig. Novelty in the proposed method of forming an ice-resistant complex for development of the continental shelf is the fact that ice-resistant support base is prepared in advance, which is made integral, having support, ice-breaking and upper parts, note here that bearing base bearing part pontoon width does not exceed distance between support columns of said self-lifting drilling rig. Then, according to the first version of the method, at the complex formation point, the excavation is performed to locate the ice-resistant block-conductor and the ice-resistant support base; after that, an ice-resistant block-conductor is installed at the formation formation point in the trench. According to the second version of the method, the pit excavation to locate the ice-resistant block-conductor and the ice-resistant support base is not provided and an ice-resistant block-conductor is installed at the formation point of the complex. Then, to the ice-resistant block-conductor, said self-lifting floating drilling rig is brought, its positioning is carried out and the latter case is lifted on support columns. After that, prepared said ice-resistant support base is transported to complex formation point, at that, according to the first version, above the excavated trench, according to the second version, the trench excavation was not performed, the support base is under the housing of the said self-lifting floating drilling rig, positioned, buried into the ground to reduce the effect of ice loads and fixed at the bottom by means of, for example, piles. Then lowering the body of self-lifting floating drilling rig to the upper part of the support base, extending the cantilever with the possibility of resting on the ice-resistant conductor unit, after which the support columns of the plant are lifted from water, thereby removing them from the zone of action of ice and wave loads, and drilling is performed.
EFFECT: improved reliability at perception of external loads, increased autonomy of the structure of the complex at improvement of technological effectiveness of the method of its formation, as well as expansion of operational capabilities by drilling through an ice-resistant block-conductor.
