FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to devices intended for express assessment of quality of food products in liquid media. Analyzer comprises housing made from impact resistant plastic. Inside the housing there fixed is a power supply unit which facilitates conversion of electric current into 12 V and transmission via an electric wire, a fan and a temperature regulator. Fan is rigidly fixed inside the housing and provides temperature reduction on the microrefrigerator working surface due to change of current intensity. Microrefrigerator is rigidly fixed in the housing wall and connected through a busbar with an electronic thermometer and a screen. Electronic thermometer and the screen are rigidly fixed in the housing wall. Heat removal from the reverse side of the micro-cooler is provided by air flow from the fan operation and is removed through perforation in the housing end wall.
EFFECT: invention usage will allow simplifying the process of food products quality indices determination in liquid media.
