Operation of process equipment, maintenance of temperature inside heat-insulated, sealed housing of power unit of process unit, uninhabited, displacement is ensured by inclusion into set of diesel power plant, rigidly fixed on platform of base chassis, upgraded two-link caterpillar conveyor DT-30PM-31, links of which are interconnected by turning-coupling device. Inside the power unit housing, a reservoir for transmission oil, tank for engine oil is fixed to the base fixed to the platform, the tank is immovably fixed by the flange to the frame rigidly fixed to the floor of the housing of the process unit. Fixing elements are installed at frame corners for fixed fixation of distributing column and cabinet with spare parts. Automation and control of technological operations is carried out from the workplace of the driver-minder by including in the set of equipment of the control panel of the autonomous power supply system, which is fixed inside the cabin and connected to the heating system, of the automated fire extinguishing system. EFFECT: enabling transportation of fuel and oils over long distances in severe road and climatic conditions, broader functional capabilities during storage and dispensing at continuous operation of process equipment at ambient temperature of minus 60 °C.
