FIELD: aviation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly, to helicopter rotors drives. Electric drive of coaxial screws of helicopter, having coaxial upper and lower screws, installed with possibility of rotation in opposite sides, comprises an electric motor installed with possibility of rotation of screws and connected to a source of electric power supply. Upper rotor is fixed on the output shaft of the upper planetary gear, wherein the sun gear of the above upper planetary gear is fitted on the shaft of the electric motor rotor. Lower rotor is fixed on the output shaft of the lower planetary gearbox. Sun gear of the lower planetary reduction gear is fitted on the hollow shaft of the electric motor stator, inside which the rotor shaft passes. Hollow shaft is fixed on stator of electric motor, made with possibility of rotation and installed in thrust bearing in aircraft body, in which power source is located, which supplies electric power to electric motor through sliding contacts.

EFFECT: possibility of using a light high-speed electric motor for driving rotors of a helicopter of high carrying capacity, made as per a coaxial scheme.
