FIELD: aviation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly, to aircraft propeller systems. Electric drive of helicopter coaxial rotors comprises system of top and bottom rotors installed with possibility of rotation in opposite directions, electric power source to which means of spinners of rotors are connected. Upper rotor is fixed on the shaft of the electric motor rotor. Lower rotor is fixed on the hollow shaft inside which the rotor shaft passes. Hollow shaft is fixed on stator of electric motor, made with possibility of rotation and installed in thrust bearing in aircraft body, in which power source is located, which supplies electric power to electric motor through sliding contacts.

EFFECT: provides for creation of simple and economic drive of helicopter rotors, made as per coaxial scheme.
