FIELD: fire safety equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to shut-off heads of rechargeable powder fire extinguishers, in which fire-extinguishing powder is ejected under excessive pressure, and can be used as a primary fire extinguishing agent of class A (solid substances), Class B (liquid substances), Class C (gaseous substances), electrical installations with voltage of up to 1000 V, as well as on automobile, railway and river transport. Powder fire extinguishers shut-off head includes body (1) with handle and attachment elements to fire extinguisher reservoir, hollow rod (16) coaxially installed in housing (1) with possibility of axial movement, pressure indicator (2) is attached to one end of the valve, valve (19), seat (21), control lever (14) pivotally mounted on housing (1) to act on rod (16), siphon tube (27) connected to housing (1), and spray nozzle (26). According to the invention, on rod (16) at the level of the hole in seat (21) of valve (19), fold (17) is made, the diameter of which is substantially equal to the diameter of seat (21) opening of valve (19), and valve (19) is located between said fold (17) and washer (20), which rests against bends (18) made in lower part of rod (16), and in washer (20) there are mating slots (23). Washer (20) is made in the form of a cup, conical part of which covers valve (19). A valve (19) is made in form of a ring, which section is a rounded triangle with base on inner diameter of ring.

EFFECT: invention allows making the shut-off head dismountable, which increases repairability and allows repeatedly performing refueling of the fire extinguisher.
