FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: barley 3.5 to 12%, soybean oil meal 7 to 16%, wheat 5 to 12%, maize gluten 12 to 18%, sunflower oil meal 3 to 7%, rapeseed oil meal 3 to 8% are supplied into the unit in a continuous stream through the first loading means into the first rotating upper screw container, wherein grinding, mixing and transportation of the load are executed simultaneously along the horizontal axis of the upper rotating screw container. The load is then transferred to the second rotating screw container located lower, wherein further grinding, mixing and transportation are executed in the opposite direction. The load is transferred into the rotating third screw container located lower, at the outlet whereof fish flour 24 to 36%, soybean concentrate 3 to 10%, meat flour 4 to 8%, meat and bone flour 4 to 5.5%, feed yeast 3 to 4%, blood flour 4 to 8%, maize flour 3 to 8% are supplied through the second loading means, and the load is mixed in the channel between the side lid covering the outlet of the third screw container and the inlet of the fourth screw container wherein the load is simultaneously mixed, ground, and the mixture is transported along the lower located horizontal axis of the rotating fourth screw container. The load is then transferred into the rotating fifth screw container located lower, whereto L-Lysine 1 to 4%, methionine 0.3 to 0.4%, phytase Naturfos-10006 0.02 to 0.03%, subtilis 0.3 to 0.4%, oxycap 0.05%, calcium carbonate 0.3 to 0.6%, monocalcium phosphate 0.3 to 0.6%, premix P-110-2 1% are simultaneously supplied through the third loading means and mixed with the load and transported with grinding in the fifth rotating screw container, transferred to the sixth rotating screw container, whereto fish oil 5 to 13% and sunflower oil 1 to 4% are simultaneously supplied through the fourth loading means, mixed and transported with grinding in the sixth rotating screw container. Then transferred to the seventh and eighth rotating screw container located one under another, wherein heated air is supplied in the opposite direction to the moving streams of the feed mixture, removing biogases through the upper hole in the body of the unit for further disposal and recycling thereof. Proposed is a unit for producing feeds.
EFFECT: group of inventions ensures acceleration of the bioconversion processes with a simultaneous increase in the biological activity of the product of recycling.
